April Is for Garden Lovers
It’s spring and it’s time to think gardening!
We are pleased to offer two exciting garden-related programs in April, both of which are sure to delight and inspire.
Eternal Spring with Michael Norris, Ph.D.
Former educator at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Michael Norris, will be giving a lecture on the fabulous gardens, ancient and present-day, brought to the public through the art and plants of the Met and its branch museum, The Cloisters.
Gorgeous Container Planting with Kent Russell
Meet the Garden Guru, nationally recognized horticulturalist and raconteur. Mr. Russell’s lectures never fail to inspire with live plants and hands-on demonstrations served with verve and humor. We ask a $15 donation per person for the program. Plants will be available for sale after the lecture.
