Stress Reduction Technique Demonstration
Are you ever bothered by: headaches, stiff neck/shoulder, worry, too much to do, feeling tense and irritable, your child’s nightmares or test anxiety?
Come for an introduction to a relaxing strategy called EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also known as “Tapping,” which is helping all ages and stages to feel less stressed and more relaxed.
This relaxation technique is safe, effective, easy-to-learn and a proven stress buster. Come and experience EFT for yourself.

Superhero Party
You’re invited to join our 2015 Summer Library Program “Every Hero Has a Story” Registration Party at Kemmerer Library Harding Township.
We’ll have superhero games, a craft, and a superhero photo op (wear your best tights and capes if you like!)
Art Show Opening Reception
Join us for a first glimpse of works by local artist, Monique Hendricks. Refreshments will be served.
Monique Hendricks was born and raised in Switzerland. She lived in England, Germany, Belgium, Iceland, and New York before settling in New Jersey with her Guyanese-born husband and their two sons. Monique holds masters in Media & Communications (LSE) and Marriage & Family Therapy (SHU). She worked as an editor and translator in the music industry for several years, became a cross-cultural consultant, has written articles on international relocation for British and American publications, and currently blogs on culture, communication and the arts at Click here for Cross-Cultural Tidings.
